't be long before the city goes bankrupt. of the report shows the city will accumulate a $745 million budget deficit over the next decade because of a growing gap in how much the city earns and the amount it spends. that deficit would be even bigger at $2 billion if you factor in what the city needs for infrastructure repairs and retiree healthcare benefits. according to the report, if the city does not enact major reforms, it will go bankrupt. the 10-year forecast was commissioned by the city from an outside firm in philadelphia. mayor rawltings blake is expected to propose financial reforms next week based on that report. linda stow, abc 2 news. >>> thousands of people are celebrating the raven's super bowl win, violence hit the streets of baltimore. just two ploks from pratt street, police say a fight led to a triple stabbing and that a teenager is dead. this happened around 1:30 yesterday afternoon at the corner of howard and fayette. the teens were between the ages of 15 and 16 years old. one teen is in critical condition, the other is in serious condition. abc 2 news has found a memor

cities that had been held by al qaeda-linked fighters. the french air force is continuing its campaign in northern mali. we have the latest from the capital, bamako. >> the french have been carrying out more airstrikes against kidal in the northeast of mali and also a nearby town. they are targeting fuel storage , arms caches, and training bases. it seems as though this military campaign against al qaeda- linked rebels is moving into a different stage. we have followed the military offensive on the ground, traditional, armored columns moving north, capturing various towns, the city of timbuktu. now it is desert and mountains. the population centers are smaller and more spaced out. it is an area where the remaining rebel elements appear to be holed up. it seems the french are trying to cut off their supply route, put them in a position where they cannot survive there. that there is the proximity of the long algerian border and the possibility the rebels could simply disappear over the border in order to regroup and come back at a later stage. >> a political rallies brewing inside of ira

three cities. an egyptian man who appears in a video being beaten by police has security forces -- says security forces made him change his story. he is shown being stripped and bundled into of them in cairo. on sunday he appeared on egyptian television saying protesters attacked him, but now he says it is the police. more from cairo. >> this story has gripped the country for the past two days, and much of it was happening live on television. it was friday when this man who was beaten up and humiliated, drive naked under the eyes of the egyptians or saturday when he appeared again saying this was the protesters who had beaten him up or again today when he appeared saying it was the police who beat him up. it caused a huge embarrassment for the government. they are saying, here is approved in the pudding. this is why we will keep the pressure from the streets. the government has been very quiet. we only heard from the interior ministry spokesman who did say he did apologize. he did take responsibility, and we did say there would be an investigation carried out. >> the least 15 people are

gone through a whole week with the stadium and city showing they could host an event of this magnitude. it not a gradient issue. this was about a piece of electronic equipment that monitors the electricity coming into the stadium. officials called it an "ab normality." really, it's just like in your house, when you have to go down to the basement and flip the switch again, that's what happened with the officials. they had to flip everything back open. lights slowly came back on. 34 minutes. a big delay for the ravens especially. right before, a kickoff return for the touchdown. right before that, the halftime show. and their offense hadn't been on the field for more than 80 minutes. you could see it affect the game. it became what had been a blowout, became a real nail biter, and the ravens managed to win. here is the winning quarterback talking about the very unusual night. >> unbelievable. just one of the things you have to deal with. you everyone, i'm sure down the road it will make for a better story. >> reporter: here is a statement for the mayor here. the power outage was an unfo
